Terms and Conditions for the Draw

Your donation will be used to supplement our School’s budget specifically for maintaining and ehancing our facilities.
There is only one prize and one winner.
Each $50 donated stand a chance to win the prize, $100 stand 2 chances to win etc etc.
The prize vouchers are redeemable before 31 March 2026.
The lucky winner’s name will be selected through a random selection process and overseen by a scrutineer.
The winner willl be notified by phone or email soon after the selection in December 2024.
The winner will receive $5000 to cover airfares with the airline of their choice.
Proof of ID will be required to redeem the prize.
Apii Te Uki Ou is not responsible for travel planning, the winner is required to complete all reservations direcly with the sponsors.
The Winner is responsible for ensuring compliance with all immigration and entry requirements into and out of the Cook Islands.
The inclusions in the package do not need to be used at the same time (the winner can decide to use the vouchers on separate trips) as long as they are used before 31-Mar-26.
The vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
The package is valued at approximately $12,000.
The sponsors reserve the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
The winner is responsible for all travel-related insurance (including MV hire).
The winner is responsible for any upgrades at their own cost.
The prize is valid at the time of publishing. Apii Te Uki Ou does not take any responsbility for any business closures affecting prizes after this time.
